Methods for the anchorage of the environmental work among citizens, enterprises and the municipal institutions will constitute part of the results from the Life project. When the project has been completed, a catalogue of tools and tips for the municipalities will be available. The catalogue will also be part of the Dogme manual.
The suggested strategies of the catalogue will be based on experiences gathered all over Europe. And on experiences from the five Danish Dogme municipalities, working, among others, with local Agenda 21 plans and cooperating with local environmental organisations.
At least three of the concrete proposals will be tested in the Dogme municipalities before being entered in the catalogue of ideas. Both citizens, enterprises and the municipal institutions will participate in the tests.
The project is divided into three phases. First, experience and knowledge about tools and methods will be gathered. Then, a few of the methods will be selected and tested during 2006, and finally the results will be evaluated in 2007. Against the background of the experiences gained, a rewording of Dogma 3 will be proposed and the catalogue of ideas prepared. |
